- Bike Repair: Whether you had any mishaps along the route or simply want a quick checkup, the bike repair stand can help. There's a charge for parts only--labor is free.
- First Aid: The New York City Fire Department Emergency Medical Service and Jamaica Hospital Medical Center are at the Festival to provide medical assistance.
- NYPD Bike Registration: Get the underside of your bike frame engraved with an NYPD registration number. If your bike is lost or stolen, the registration number increases the chances of having it returned.
- Information and Reunion Center: Meeting your cycling companions at the Festival? Look for the designated tent, where you can meet people, leave a message, or track down a fellow cyclist.
