Enjoy a fully supported ride on the car-free Harlem Valley Rail Trail and through the scenic countryside in New York, Connecticut, and Massachusetts. The Harlem Valley Rail Ride is part of a full weekend of activities and features:
After the ride, we welcome everyone back to town with a Festival full of activities for cyclists and area residents alike: food, music, and more. Plus, everyone gets to cool off in the town pool!
The day before the ride, we are offering different rides for those who are in the area or who wish to make a weekend trip. Ride choices vary from 22 to 75 miles. Saturday Activities >

- Mileage choices for all skill levels, 22-100 miles
- Educational rides and workshops
- Frequent rest areas and full SAG support
- Free T-shirt for the first 1,500 registrants
- Optional transportation between Manhattan and Millerton.
