Ride with Bike New York throughout the year!
The Commerce Bank Five Boro Bike Tour, America's largest cycling event, is truly in a class of its own. But it's not the only thing we do!
Bike New York offers smaller rides outside New York City. The first-ever Long Island Harbors Ride explores the island's famed North Shore. The Harlem Valley Rail Ride weekend (July 26-27, 2008) treats riders to a car-free rail trail and beautiful countryside in upstate New York, Connecticut, and Massachusetts. At the Twin Lights Ride (September 28, 2008), cyclists travel the back roads of Monmouth County, New Jersey, starting and ending near a landmark lighthouse that guards the entrance to New York Harbor.
Though the terrain is different, these rides have a lot in common: mileage choices for riders of all skill levels, easy access from New York City, well-marked routes, frequent rest areas, SAG support, and fun tour-ending festivals.
Choose your next ride--any or all!
