Volunteer at Rides

Bike New York volunteers perform crucial tasks–and have fun working with other volunteers and riders. From check-in personnel to course marshals, bike instructors to behind-the-scenes office assistants, volunteers make our events and programs possible.

	TD Five Boro Bike Tour Last year, over 2000 people volunteered at Bike New York Rides. The Five Boro Bike Tour is our premier Ride and the largest cycling event in the Country — you can be a part of making it happen! From fixing flat tires to handing out bananas, there’s a volunteer opportunity for everyone!
	Discover Hudson Valley If the fast-paced energy of the TD Five Boro Bike Tour is too stressful, you can help urban riders discover New York’s backyard in this scenic ride along the Hudson River. Volunteers can enjoy the warm small-town atmosphere along the route while keeping the riders fed and on track.
	Twin Lights Volunteer in your bathing suit! Just a short ferry ride away, the Twin Lights Ride gives riders a scenic glance outside New York City. You can help showcase stunning views, gorgeous woodlands, horse farms and even ocean views on the longer routes, by volunteering your time.
